Do you have a sales manager?
If the answer is “yes,” then we will work with that person to assure that the manager is living up to the standards and criteria that you have set for the position. If the answer is “no,” but you would like to hire the right one, then we will work through that process with you.

What are your distribution points?
Are you in need of expanding or changing your distribution points? We will help you identify possible additional distribution points that you can successfully implement.

How are your salespeople and sales manager compensated?
There are many ways which successful salespeople can be compensated, and we will assist you in identifying what is best for your company.
